Variety of Martial Arts Classes
There are many martial art styles out there, some very popular and some very obscure. It is important to understand the basic features of a style so that you can decide if it is something you will be interested in training in.
Consider which type of practice appeals to you. Also, think about the reasons why you want to train and what you hope to gain out of your training.
Our martial arts centres offer classes in Taekwondo, Karate, Kick Boxing, Tai Chi and Aikido, and will happily consider the introduction of a new style should you wish to set-up a new class or if demand is high for a style currently not available across our facilities.
You can attend any of our martial arts classes in Manchester on a casual basis, with some classes included as part of our gym and swim membership packages.
