Tai Chi

Tai Chi originated in China where it has been used for hundreds of years. It combines deep breathing with relaxation and postures that flow from one to another through slow movements. Tai Chi is all about breathing and posture. It can have a very positive effect on people's health, improving memory, concentration, digestion, balance and flexibility, especially helpful for the elder generation, people with serious medical conditions or people with psychological problems, such as depression, anxiety or stress. We currently provide Tai Chi classes at Abraham Moss Leisure Centre, but will happily consider the introduction at any other facility should you wish to set-up your own class.
